Year 5-Design Technology-Anglo-Saxon Weaving

We had a visit from an Anglo-Saxon merchant who showed the children how women produced their own clothes in Anglo-Saxon times. The children researched Anglo-Saxon weaving. They dyed their own wool using natural vegetable dye and used this to create their own weaving.
