Parents as Partners

We value our relationships with parents and understand that for children to achieve their best outcomes, it is integral that we work together.

Parents are welcomed into our setting throughout the year for numerous events such as:

• Parents evening
• Parents work shops
• Stay and play sessions
• Plays and celebrations
• Fetes
• Coffee mornings and charity events
• Open days

As well as attending the organised sessions and events, we welcome parents to share information about their child. This can be achievements, changes in circumstances or asking for further guidance on how to support their child at home. Parents can speak to a member of the team on drop offs and collections. If you require privacy, or would like a longer talk, parents can make an appointment to see the teacher at a mutually convenient time. This can be arranged by asking the class teacher directly, calling the school office or emailing the office, who will forward the request.
